Where is my order/How do I track my order?
Each item on our website shows an estimated shipping time. Most items ship within 1-2 business days. However, we do offer a number of unique and hard to find items that we special order from England for you. (Bridgewater Pottery for example.) So please pay special attention to the shipping time when ordering. Personalized items generally take approximately one week to ship. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please bear in mind that these are created automatically by our system and are often sent before UPS has picked up your package. If a tracking number comes back as invalid, you can usually wait an hour or two and try again.
What if an item I want is not in stock?
We try to keep our website updated as far as availability is concerned. However, we do offer more than 1,000 items, so please understand if there is a delay in marking an item as out-of-stock immediately. You will be notified via email if an item is out-of-stock. We will ship your back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available from our supplier. We do not charge your card for backordered items until they are shipped. And if your order is sent in more than one shipment do to a backorder, you will only incur one shipping charge.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges (unless, of course, the mistake is ours). Also, please note that we cannot accept returns of special orders or engraved items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept personal checks (allow 7 days processing time from the time we receive your check) and money orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses within the state of California are charged 8.75% sales tax.
What is the standard shipping time?
Items that are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS generally take between 4 and 9 business days. Please be aware that you should add processing time to this equation. And remember to take processing time into account when ordering Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as well. For example, an item that normally ships in one business day and is ordered on Thursday via Next Day Air will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday (remember that UPS does not count weekends in its shipping time). (We try our best, when possible, to ship ASAP - and if we can do it, we will get your order out same day :) - no guarantees though.)
How much do you charge for shipping? Our shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order as outlined below. This pricing is applicable to orders with one ship to address and only requiring one shipment. Orders that require multiple shipments, or multiple packages may require reassessment of shipping charges. Any changes will be calculated and confirmed with the purchaser prior to any charges being made to their card.

International orders are typically shipped via either Airmail or US Global Express Mail and shipping charges are NOT calculated automatically on the Order Form. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are processed using the shipping methods listed in the rate table, however, are priced individually. We will notify you via email of anticipated shipping costs and ask that you confirm how we should proceed.
Please note that we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped within California.
Minimum Order
We require a minimum order of $10.00.
